These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TodayJobs.ca ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to work in Canada (or recruit for Canadian roles) to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us right away of any unauthorized access.

3. Job seeker use

  • The Service is free for job seekers.
  • You confirm that resumes and information you upload are yours to share and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  • You may not scrape, resell, or republish job listings without permission.

4. Employer use

  • Job postings must be genuine, legal Canadian roles. No discrimination based on protected grounds.
  • Salary ranges should be honest. Misleading or duplicate postings may be removed.
  • Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

5. AI features

AI match scores, resume tips and career assistant replies are generated by machine learning models and are provided as guidance, not professional advice. Verify important details before acting on them.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others; bypass security; upload malware; or violate Canadian law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee employment, interview outcomes, or candidate quality.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TodayJobs.ca will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
